Your data, in plain English.

When you sign in we store your email address and, if you use Google, your name and profile picture. We do not collect any other personal information.

When you upgrade to Pro, our payments processor (Stripe) collects and stores your billing information. We never see or store your card number. We keep a Stripe customer ID so we can match a webhook event back to your account.

Your in-progress design is saved locally in your browser via local storage. It is not uploaded to our servers. Sign out, switch devices, or clear browser data and the design will need to be recreated.

When you export, files are generated inside your browser and downloaded to your computer. We do not retain copies.

We set authentication cookies so you can stay signed in. We do not use advertising or tracking cookies.

We use the following services to run Storeshot:

• Supabase for authentication and storage of account-level data (email, subscription status).
• Stripe for subscription payments.
• Vercel for hosting.

You can sign out, cancel your subscription, or delete your account from your account page. To request data deletion or any other data-related question, email team@shiptogether.dev.

If we materially change this policy we will update the date at the top and, where required, notify you by email.
